Scott earned his MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, his BA in Economics from BYU, and he is an ICF-certified coach through NLI. He has also lived internationally and is fluent in Norwegian.
In his personal life, Scott is married and has four young adult children. He resides in the Western U.S. and enjoys family, fitness, photography, and continuous learning.
